These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dash Architect (the "Service"), an add-in for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and the related website operated by Individual Entrepreneur ROMAN KHAIDAROV ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dash Architect is an add-in for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets that generates interactive dashboards (KPI, chart, table, and filter blocks) from data you select in your workbook or spreadsheet. You can create up to three dashboards for free; creating more requires a paid subscription, as described on our Pricing page.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, issues your receipt, and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales tax or VAT. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law; use the Service to process data you do not have the right to use; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
You retain all rights to the spreadsheet data you process through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is used.
The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal purposes.
The Service relies on third parties to operate, including Microsoft (Excel and the Office Add-ins platform), Google (Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Google sign-in), Paddle (payments), and infrastructure providers for hosting and authentication. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any dashboard, chart, or figure generated will be accurate or suitable for any particular decision. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or a notice on our website, before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.
